CARL WYMARK
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGER
I’m passionate about bringing ideas to life — from the first sketch right through to the finished build. With a strong background in architecture, I’ve built up the knowledge and experience to really visualise what a project will look like at every stage. I love working on designs, especially using CAD drawings and 3D rendering to help turn concepts into reality.
Over the years, being hands-on in the construction industry has taught me just how important good planning and clear thinking are to making sure a project runs smoothly. I work closely with trusted trades and always aim to keep things on track, on budget, and stress-free for you. Communication is key for me — I like to involve you in the process so you feel confident and excited about your project every step of the way.
DEAN FUSCO
DRAFTSMAN & SURVEYOR
Dean plays a key role in delivering accurate, efficient surveying by using modern technology like our CW drone and 3D scanner. This helps us achieve precise results and support smooth, well-planned projects from the very start. With over ten years of CAD experience, Dean brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his hybrid role across both CW Design & Construct LTD (CWCD) and CW Architectural Design (CWAD). Alongside his work in CAD design, he’s passionate about learning all aspects of the construction process to deepen his expertise in both the architectural and construction industries.
ROSS WHITEHEAD
Carpenter
Ross was the first to join our team and has been a key part of CW Design & Construct LTD from the very beginning. After completing his apprenticeship at a young age, Ross developed a real passion for craftsmanship and building — a passion that continues to show in every project he works on. With years of experience under his belt, Ross takes the lead on all aspects of our first and second fix joinery, including studwork, roof framing, internal doors, skirting, and much more. His keen eye for detail, precision, and commitment to quality means every job is completed to the highest standard. Ross takes real pride in his work, helping us deliver beautiful, long-lasting results on every build.
